Cold Brew Coffee

Recently i found that we own a tiny sized Bodum French Press and a coffee dripper, even though neither of my parents drink coffee. Have been soaking 3 scoops of coffee grinds from Vietnam’s Dalat region overnight in the fridge and adding about half a cup of the resulting black gold with Meiji milk in my flask. The resulting coffee is far less acidic/oily then what I get from hot water and can be enjoyed without sugar.

I hope this habit sticks, as not patronizing Starbucks or Spinelli can save me quite abit. Gotta fight the onslaught of consumerism associated with my return to an office in the middle of civiisation.
